The scheduling tool offers a central interface to manage the entire scheduling process in one place. There is a clear separation of customising and monitoring/planning in three apps. Each module in a project is planned independently. The workload can be divided between consultants, front-end developers and back-end developers, as well as when the respective resources are scheduled to join the module.
In a further app, each resource is maintained in the form of employees. The skills and working hours are noted.
The reporting app provides an overview of all projects, capacity utilisation and the total project volume. The overview is monthly.
