Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps API (Application Programming Interface) to visually display geographical information (maps). Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter: "Google"). This enables us to make it easier for you to find us or to point out specific locations.

Google is therefore also to be named as the recipient of the data. When you use Google Maps, information about the use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

This data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. a) GDPR, as the IP address is required in order to be able to provide you with the content.

Google Tag Manager

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). This allows us to manage website tags via an interface. The Google Tag Manager tool itself is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personal data. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Further information about the collection and processing of your data by Google and your rights as a data subject in this regard can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

When using this Google service, personal data may be transferred to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in the USA.

Facebook Pixel

Furthermore, our website uses the "Facebook pixel" function of Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). This sets a so-called pixel after your consent. Pixels are cookie elements that enable communication between the browser and server. A pixel is a small transparent image that is placed on a website. This enables us to deliver adverts to the right people and measure the success of our adverts.

Once the Facebook pixel has been set up, it is triggered when someone performs certain actions on our website. Such actions are, for example, adding an item to the shopping basket or completing a purchase. The pixel records these actions (so-called "events"). This gives us the opportunity to reach customers again in the future with further Facebook adverts.

The lawfulness of the corresponding data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. a) GDPR). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

To object to the use and collection, follow the following link and adjust this in your Facebook settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are adopted for all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.

Facebook's data usage guidelines are available at the following link: http://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy

You can find Facebook's complete data policy here: https://de-de.facebook.com/full_data_use_policy
