MFS Alert-Monitor
In a material flow system, error messages can quickly occur that are difficult for the key user to understand. The messages often do not provide any information about the cause of the error. To simplify the error handling process, we offer an alert monitor that provides detailed information about the error message.
The SAP MFS Alert Monitor was designed for processing on a PC. The employee selects open messages and then acknowledges them once they have been rectified,
acknowledged once they have been rectified. The dialogue provides detailed information about the respective alert, such as HU number, material number, storage location, storage area, etc. and makes it easier for the employee to find and acknowledge the corresponding error messages. Once the alert has been acknowledged, it disappears and is no longer listed.
Functions
- The node implemented in the warehouse management monitor can sort, filter and acknowledge open error messages from the MFS.
- A selection screen makes it easier for employees to search for alerts.
- The dialogue makes processing and searching for error messages more efficient.
- Existing error messages can be imported via a function module.
- Alerts that have already been acknowledged can be deleted automatically after a certain period of time.
